Here are some kids cards that I made for my friend. She wanted them for a 5 year old boy and I had NO CLUE what to do! I decided to print out this pictures that I found off the internet and just go with it. I've added some stickers from Stampendous .

Yakudoshi #2

I've tried to make Yakudoshi cards but's it kind of hard. This is another simple and easy one I did, very fast to make.

I had some black and gold cherry blossom washi paper so I just used that with Real Red for the background. I don't know the maker of the stamp. I don't even know if that's what I'm supposed to put on the card for a Yakudoshi! What kind of Japanese am I???? haha!!

Golden Anniversary

Today's card, I did for a 50th Anniversary. I had to do something pretty quick so this is what I got. I CASE'd it from a card from SCS, but forget who the originator was. She used this other type of stamps and nicer paper, but I kind of just followed the gist of it.

This one is pretty much SU-ish too, with the Brocade Basics (I think that's what it's called) and the Happy Anniversary stamp. Of course it's embossed in gold and I scored lines on the gold paper too. Black ribbon too. :)

Manly Birthday Card

Hey guys! Ok, finally got a card to share with you all! But, first let me tell you, BAND season is over! Thank god!! haha!! I had my last festival this past Saturday at Mililani HS and I could tell I was tired. I was kind of dragging and I wasn't even pushing out the props as hard as i was before! Now, I can relax - and even my daughter can relax from practices - and do something for myself!

So, here's the card I made last night, this is very SU-ish. Most stuff is by SU except for the DP. I forget where that's from. I had to make this for my co-worker, she needed a card for a guy that's 60 years old. I didn't know what to make so Teri told me that I should use green's and blue's.

Whadd'ya think? Pretty simple, easy and straight to the point. See ya later!

New Dew Drop Colors!

Hi ya'll!! So sorry I haven't posted anything in a long while. Been busy with the family - as you might know it's marching band season right now and the festivals are all happening. I just had my first festival last night at the Aloha Stadium and it was unreal! So many schools and so many things to do!

I was assigned to do props and that wasn't so easy as I thought! I also go to blow a couple of bazooka's - AWESOME!! I'm glad I could be there for my daughter even though I couldn't watch her perform. Here's a tidbit of the show, this is their final movement called Firebird. You can kind of see the bazooka's that were shot in the background - all the streamers flying - that's me behind the panels! My husband got to the stadium just in time to see them perform and he took this short video:

Anyway, I wanted to let you guys know that I got some Dew Drops in the store, brand new colors - hope you like them! They are just 75 cents for 100! Thanks for looking!
